Allowing the duty holder to review, assess and control the process of managing asbestos within their premises. This includes providing support and guidance to the duty holder on managing asbestos risks in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulation (CAR) 2012

This ensures key communication between the duty holder and removal contractor, ensuring end goals are achieved, budgets are met, any difficulties are addressed prior to removal contractor going to site and how disruption to the building occupants can be minimised.

Act as project manager and/or Principal Designer for your asbestos removal works including tendering projects, vetting contractors and suppliers and overseeing delivery.

Ensuring existing training records are up to date, risk assessments and plans of work are compliant and appropriate to the project and project requirements are met.

Review of existing asbestos registers to prioritise any remedial actions required.
